Contact form
If you contact us, we collect your name, email and message, and use them only to reply. We keep messages for up to 12 months.
Analytics
We use Umami, a cookie-free analytics tool hosted on our own server. It records anonymous, aggregated data (pages visited, referrer, browser, device, approximate location). Your IP address is not stored, and you are not tracked across websites.
Security
Our site is delivered through Cloudflare, and the contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to keep the site secure, including in the US under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension.
Hosting
Our servers are provided by Contabo GmbH in Germany.
Legal basis
We process data to respond to your requests and based on our legitimate interest in running a secure, useful website (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) UK GDPR / GDPR). We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and we never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the UK ICO (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.
